We process data that you actively provide to us via forms, as well as technical data that is automatically generated when using the platform. Form data includes name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message when you contact us or send an inquiry via the contact form. When registering for the platform, we also process your username and password (stored encrypted). Technical data includes IP address, browser type and version, operating system, time of access, as well as the pages and functions accessed within the platform.
Your data is processed for the following purposes: providing and operating the platform, handling inquiries and support requests, creating and managing user accounts, improving platform features and user experience, ensuring technical security, and fulfilling legal obligations. Training and performance data that you or your organization enter into the platform is used exclusively for analysis and evaluation within the scope of the platform's functions and is not used for other purposes.
The platform uses cookies and similar technologies to ensure functionality and analyze usage. Technically necessary cookies are set to enable login and provide basic functions. In addition, we use analytics cookies to understand how the platform is used and to continuously improve it. These analytics cookies collect aggregated data such as page views, time spent on the platform, and usage patterns, without directly identifying individuals. You can control or block the use of cookies through your browser settings. Please note that the platform may not function fully without technically necessary cookies.
Your personal data is only disclosed to third parties if this is necessary for providing the platform or if you have given explicit consent. Recipients include hosting providers that supply the server infrastructure, as well as providers of analytics services that support us in evaluating usage data. These service providers are contractually obligated to comply with data protection regulations and may only process your data on our behalf. Data is transferred to third countries outside the EU/EEA only if appropriate safeguards within the meaning of the GDPR exist, such as standard contractual clauses.
We store personal data only for as long as is necessary for the stated purposes or as required by legal retention obligations. Contact inquiries are generally deleted after processing is completed, unless legal obligations require otherwise. User accounts and associated data are deleted when the account is terminated or no longer actively used. Training and performance data is deleted after the contractual relationship ends, unless legal retention obligations apply.
You have the right to obtain information about the personal data we process, to have incorrect data corrected, to request the deletion of your data, to restrict processing, and to object to processing. You also have the right to data portability in a machine-readable format. If processing is based on consent, you can revoke it at any time with effect for the future. An informal notice to info@mapausports.com is sufficient to exercise your rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (DSB) if you believe that the processing of your data violates applicable data protection law.
