These terms govern access to Athletic Performance Analytics, the responsibilities of the parties involved, and the limits of our liability. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
These terms of use apply to all coaches, organizations, and individuals who use the platform to record training data, team planning, and performance metrics. By registering, you confirm that you acknowledge these terms. Use is only permitted for the agreed purpose: the analysis and management of athletic performance processes.
Athletic Performance Analytics provides functions for recording load profiles, training cycles, and organizational resources. The evaluation is based on the data you enter. We assume no warranty for the completeness or accuracy of information provided by third parties. The platform does not replace individual sports medicine advice.
You are required to enter only correct and up-to-date data. Access credentials must be kept confidential and must not be shared with third parties. You are liable for all actions carried out through your account. In the event of violations of these obligations, we may restrict or terminate access.
We are only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct on our part. For slight negligence, we are only liable in the event of breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the contract-typical, foreseeable damage. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
You can end your use at any time by deleting your account. We reserve the right to suspend access if you violate these terms or misuse the platform. After termination, your data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy. A refund for services already provided is excluded.
We may adjust these terms if legal requirements or the scope of services change. We will inform you of significant changes in a timely manner by email. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you may stop using the platform. Continued use is deemed acceptance of the new terms.
